To troubleshoot Autodesk Vault Server, A2K Support agents need a copy of the Vault Server logs, typically found on the Server under the below directory;
C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\VaultServer\FileStore
You'll be looking to collect the below logs with names such as;AVFS-log-20210407
vlog-20210407
ADMSConsoleLog-20210407
With the logs collected and copied into a compressed ZIP folder, email them through with further details of your error to support@A2KTechnologies.com.au
Screenshots of errors and a brief description of the issue will also assist with troubleshooting.
