Issue
Users are receiving below message on the attempt to access Cloud models within Revit startup screen:
Solution
* New Users:
01. New users must check that a license seat of Collaborate Pro has been assigned and is visible when logging under Autodesk management account - manage.autodesk.com
02. Ensure a project invitation has been received and permissions are correctly set in order to access model through Revit;
If above is in place than proceed to solutions listed below.
* Existing users:
Users that had access projects without issues previously can follow steps below when license is assigned and project invitation had been already received
Remove Temporary Internet cache files
Ensure Revit is shut and navigate to this default path - %LocalAppData%\Microsoft\Windows\INetCache - and clear out files under this folder;
If folder does not exist please follow next steps.
Disk Clean up

Rename PacCache and Revit 2021 default folders
Go to - C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Local\Autodesk\Revit - and rename PacCache & Revit 2021 folders by adding an extra character at the end of folder name
Clear User temporary files
