Autodesk have finally addressed a problem found with Plant Design Suite Ultimate 2016 - Inventor installing with the wrong product key.

The below Autodesk article discusses the steps required to correctly install Inventor Tube & Pipe from the Plant Design Suite Ultimate 2016 suite.
